After completing of both forms you will receive an official camp welcome email. Seven days prior to the first day of camp, a detailed camp email will be sent out to the registered email account. If you have any issues with registration or need to update emergency information please contact Jones@citysportscamp.com (San Francisco Location) or Strong@citysportscamp.com (Campbell Location). Both forms need to be completed prior to attending camp.
